- Branch Management: Overall responsibility for the operational business, sales targets, and profitability of the branch in the Olten area.
- Team Leadership: Professional and personnel management, motivation, and deployment planning of the workshop and administration team.
- Customer Care: Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, competent advice to customers, and support of partner networks.
- Process Optimisation: Monitoring and optimising internal processes (from order acceptance to completion) to increase efficiency.
- Quality Management: Enforcing the company’s high quality and safety standards.
Your Profile
- Technical Foundation: Completed vocational training in the automotive trade, e.g. as a car body mechanic EFZ, automotive specialist EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ.
- Further Education: Successfully completed commercial or business management training (e.g. technical salesman, service advisor, automotive sales consultant, or business economist in the automotive industry).
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in the automotive or bodywork industry as well as initial solid leadership experience.
- Competencies: Strong entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced organisational talent, and a high service orientation.
- Languages: Very good oral and written German skills for professional customer and partner communication.
