Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing as Turner and Driller
Activities
- Manufacturing of individual parts and small series including operation and setup of modern CNC and 5-axis machines
- Execution of conventional machining processes (turning, drilling) as well as programming/optimization with Mastercam (optional)
- Ensuring quality by inspecting workpieces according to specifications
- Participation in the development of fixtures and in continuous improvements (CIP)
- Maintenance and servicing of the machine park according to plan
Requirements
- Training as a polymechanic with a focus on manufacturing as well as experience in the CNC area
- Good knowledge of CNC programming (preferably Mastercam) and MS Office
- Strong spatial imagination
- Reliable, flexible and responsible way of working
- Teamwork skills as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form
