Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in social work, socio-cultural animator or social educator
• Ease in social relations, ability to motivate and persuade
• Comfortable dialogue with local authorities, good communication skills
• Experience in individual and group approaches with young people
• Knowledge of mediation techniques and project management
• Very good writing skills
• Comfortable with IT tools and website management
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Work in the evening and at weekends according to a schedule
• Knowledge of local and regional institutions
• Driving licence essential
• Skills in social media

Your Future Tasks

• Develop primary and secondary prevention actions to prevent risky behaviours among young people aged 12 to 25
• Ensure a regular presence in the field as well as telephone availability
• Guide young people within the social and community network
• Conduct individual interviews and mediations with the target audience
• Manage administrative activities related to the mission
• Coordinate work on social networks
