Your Tasks

• Independent handling and (partial) management of projects focusing on fire protection as well as related construction engineering topics
• Creating and further developing fire protection concepts according to VKF guidelines
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects across various project phases (planning to execution)
• Coordination with architects, specialist planners and authorities
• Conducting fire protection inspections on construction sites and accompanying the implementation
• Advising clients and planners on fire protection and general construction engineering issues
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
• Documentation and proof of compliance

Your Expertise

• Training in the construction sector, e.g.: architect, civil engineer, HF technician in construction planning or construction manager or draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture/structural engineering with corresponding practical experience
• Further training as a VKF fire protection specialist (mandatory)
• Further training as a VKF fire protection expert is an advantage
• Interest in a versatile role with elements beyond pure fire protection
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards various stakeholders
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
