- Professional and personnel leadership and further development of the eight employees in the area of capital gains tax on real estate and tax waiver
- Responsibility for the timely, formally and materially correct securing, assessment and collection of the capital gains tax on real estate
- Assessment of binding tax rulings including negotiations with tax representatives
- Processing of objections and appeals in the preliminary procedure
What distinguishes you
- Sound several years of further education in finance, tax or fiduciary services
- Broad tax foundation and motivation to specialise long-term in the special field of capital gains tax on real estate
- High social competence, resilience, decisiveness, independent working style and assertiveness
- Proven leadership experience with pronounced sense of responsibility and negotiation skills
- Confident oral and written expression in German
