About the job
Tasks
- Support for Purchasing Managers and Purchasing Product Managers in the areas of range planning, promotions, supplier management as well as administrative tasks for the assortment area of brands and private labels, women's outerwear and children's clothing
- Recording, modifying and maintaining supplier master data, article master data, and campaign master data, logistics/disposition master data
- Textile promotion planning in SAP (campaign management, organisation of promotion processing) as well as ensuring price control for assortment textile promotions
- Communication with suppliers, sales outlets, the warehouse and internal departments in German, French and English
- Assistance in the development of Coop City thematic brochures and advertisements (organisation of samples, master data, plausibility checks and data assurance for advertising and sales planning)
- Assistance with controlling activities (creating analyses, preparing key figures)
Requirements
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in marketing/communication is an advantage
- Communicative and independent personality with a strong solution orientation, who enjoys working in a team and takes responsibility
- Quick comprehension
- Communicative and confident German, as well as good English and French skills are an advantage
