• Leading a team of around 19 employees including organisational and professional responsibility

• Ensuring the correct and legally compliant implementation of all requirements in the services area

• ? Designing an efficient, customer-oriented and high-quality daily business in the services area

• Promoting self-responsibility and team spirit, even in demanding and stressful situations

• Establishing and maintaining clear structures, role distributions and transparent communication channels within the team and department

• Continuous development and optimisation of processes to simplify workflows and improve service quality

• Comprehensive expertise in the services area of a health insurance company

• Experience in team leadership with a focus on impact, clear communication and taking responsibility

• Process-oriented and networked thinking along KPIs and quality objectives to promote efficient collaboration
