Assistant Maitre d’hôtel

We are looking for an Assistant Maitre d'Hôtel, the true right hand of the dining room manager, capable of combining attention to detail, service excellence, friendliness and sharing.

Your Mission

• Assist the restaurant manager in the operational management of the service.

• Ensure a friendly and personalised customer experience

• Contribute to the management and cohesion of the team.

• Welcome guests with elegance, confidence and naturalness.

• Oversee the smooth running of the service in coordination with the kitchen and the sommelier.

• Ensure the pace, precision and consistent quality of the services.

• Supervise and support the floor staff.

• Participate in daily briefings.

• Ensure the transmission of the values of sharing and passion for our profession.

Your Profile

• Hotel training or proven experience in gourmet or high-end catering.

• Previous experience as a floor manager.

• Sense of responsibility.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Mastery of service codes and above all friendliness.

• Interest in wine and gastronomy.
