Your role

You take overall responsibility for the finance and controlling departments with five employees and ensure the financial management of the corporate group as well as the future holding companies. As a solution-oriented and reliable leader, you take responsibility, act independently, and maintain an overview and the necessary foresight even in demanding situations. You see yourself not only as a finance manager but as an entrepreneurial personality. You recognise opportunities and risks early, question the status quo, and actively contribute to the further development of the entire corporate group.

This responsibility awaits you

• You are responsible for proper, timely, and legally compliant financial reporting.
• With your holistic view, you continuously develop group-wide controlling and are responsible for management reports, budgets, and forecasts as well as the analysis of relevant key figures and business developments.
• As a sparring partner for the executive management and board of directors, you prepare decision-making bases and recommendations for action, present them appropriately for the audience, and thus support important entrepreneurial decisions.
• You manage medium- and long-term financial, liquidity, and investment planning proactively and ensure the financing of growth and corporate development projects.
• As a member of the executive management, you actively shape the future of the corporate group and contribute your financial expertise to strategic, cross-departmental projects and the further development of the organisation.

These skills you bring with you

• You have a qualification as a Swiss federal certified expert in accounting and controlling or a comparable further education.
• Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role with strategic responsibility form the basis for your success in this role.
• You are professionally proficient in finance and accounting as well as in controlling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• In communication with executive management, board of directors, banks, auditors, and external partners, you present yourself confidently and appropriately for the audience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, complete your profile.
