What you can achieve
- Project coordination for the implementation of the research consent at USB (development and implementation of a concept as well as a communication strategy, training and coordination of all parties involved)
- Project responsibility and coordination of clinical studies on behalf of the researchers (collaboration in fundraising, preparation of study documents, coordination of centers and project partners, quality management, as well as monitoring of timelines, recruitment and budget requirements)
- Coordination of advice and support for researchers in planning and conducting national and international clinical research projects
- Triage and response to contact inquiries
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in human medicine, pharmacy or natural sciences
- Several years of professional experience in clinical research, preferably in a university environment, as well as experience in project coordination and quality assurance
- Creative problem-solving skills as well as a customer- and service-oriented personality with very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Independent working style, communication and organizational talent as well as flexibility and ability to work in a team
