Manager Sales Processes, Consulting and CRM
Your tasks
In this position, you design and are responsible for the further development of modern, customer-oriented sales and consulting processes. You ensure that these processes are effectively mapped in the CRM system and sustainably lived in sales.
- Further development of a consistent, customer-oriented consulting and sales process in close cooperation with the sales teams
- Ensuring the sustainable adoption of new processes and ways of working in sales
- Professional responsibility for the use and data-based further development of the CRM system
- Ensuring the consistent mapping of sales, lead, and campaign processes in the CRM
- Conceptualization and support of rollouts, training, and enablement measures
- Close collaboration with sales, product management, IT, marketing, data, and external partners in further developments
Our requirements
- Higher education or further training at FH, university level, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a sales-related, conceptual, or process-oriented role
- Very good understanding of sales processes and CRM systems from a professional perspective
- High affinity for and proven experience in financial consulting and sales organizations
- Experience in implementing rollouts, training, and enablement measures
- High conceptual competence combined with implementation strength
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare complex issues understandably
- Strong customer orientation, experience in design thinking and customer experience management
- Experience in the banking or financial environment is an advantage
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
