This is our vision and currently around 200 employees and over 1000 volunteers across Switzerland are committed with great dedication and passion. With our services such as the emergency number 147, parent letters, application training, media usage workshops and many more, we support children and young people as well as their parents every day.

In 2023, Pro Juventute introduced collegial leadership as an organisational form. Decisions are made in circles. Responsibility is distributed across roles instead of being concentrated with hierarchical superiors. We place great value on participation, leadership, communication and transparency throughout the entire team.

In this role, you strengthen the professional quality and relevance of our social media content, pick up new developments for our target groups and present yourself as an authentic specialist on our social media channels. You operate at the interface between social media and occasionally the content team advisory. You do not take on direct advisory activities but act as a professional social media person.

• You observe relevant topics around the mentally healthy development of children and young people
• You bring topics from the target group perspective as well as from the advisory environment into social media planning
• You help ensure that relevant topics are addressed appropriately via social media
• You review social media texts and content for professionalism, relevance, target group suitability and consistency
• You develop existing and new formats together with the social media team
• You support the preparation of complex topics in an understandable, approachable and digitally effective way
• You appear in front of the camera for a recognisable format and convey professionally coordinated content in a Q&A format
• You communicate content credibly, understandably and appropriately for the target group
• You contribute to strengthening trust, recognisability and professional positioning of 147 in the digital space
