YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Personnel and professional leadership of the system team of about 6 employees in logistics
- Deputy leadership and cost responsibility of the logistics department with up to 100 employees
- Ensuring efficient deployment and capacity planning as well as responsible for schedule and hour control
- Process improvement to increase profitability by improving working methods and workflows
- Collaboration in optimising process interfaces with upstream and downstream departments and areas
- Maintenance and further development of warehouse master data in the ERP system
- Monitoring & analysing process steps in SAP EWM
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Further training as a logistics expert or equivalent
- Several years of professional and leadership experience with clear performance record
- Integrity, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial leadership personality
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good English skills in spoken and written form
- SAP EWM knowledge is an advantage
