Function

Tasks

• Responsibility for a defined assortment area and its further development
• Planning and controlling sales, volume and profit targets
• Analysis of market and competition trends as well as implementation of corresponding measures
• Development and optimisation of the assortment according to customer and market needs
• Coordination of marketing and sales activities with internal departments
• Monitoring relevant key figures and initiating optimisation measures
• Collaboration with suppliers, purchasing and internal interfaces
• Participation in projects and support in tenders

Requirements

• Completed commercial or comparable basic training with further education in marketing, business administration or a similar field
• Several years of professional experience in category management, product management or a comparable function
• Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP
• Independent, committed personality with a high willingness to learn and develop
