Senior medical role with scope for design in acute geriatrics and rehabilitation

Responsibilities:
You take on a central senior medical function in acute geriatrics and rehabilitation and further develop the area medically and organisationally.
You lead an interprofessional team with clinical competence, empathy and clarity and promote a culture of mutual respect, safety and learning.
You care for highly complex, often multimorbid patients according to a holistic geriatric approach and accompany them through the acute and rehabilitation phases.
You conduct geriatric ward rounds, interprofessional case discussions as well as family and goal clarification meetings, lead clinics and assessments and undertake consultative activities.
You actively co-design treatment pathways, quality and innovation projects and take responsibility for continuously high-quality care.
Qualifications:
You hold a specialist title in General Internal Medicine or are close to completing it and have a proven interest in geriatrics.
A geriatric specialisation or corresponding further training is an advantage.
You enjoy acute and rehabilitation geriatrics as well as complex clinical issues.
You like to work interprofessionally, take responsibility and bring a clinically present, empathetic and reliable leadership personality.
You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form and enjoy teaching and structured further training.
