To complete its team, Les Marmettes FRSA Fondation Romande SourdAveugles is looking for:

Mission

As an MSP within our Day Centre, you will bring the socioprofessional garden workshop to life by supporting deafblind or deaf people with associated disabilities. Through varied activities around the garden, vegetable patch and green spaces, you create a stimulating environment where everyone can develop their skills, gain autonomy and flourish at their own pace. You design and lead activities adapted to the abilities and needs of the people supported in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Your profile

· Recognised diploma as a socioprofessional master or equivalent qualification

· CFC in horticulture or similar field, or failing that, strong skills and marked interest in gardening.

· Experience in supporting people with disabilities.

· Experience in the field of sensory and/or psychological disability is an asset.

· Creative mind and manual dexterity.

· Ease of adaptation and learning.

· Ability to work in a team and collaborate constructively.

· Driving licence.

· Knowledge of French Sign Language (LSF) is an asset.
