Job Description
- Provide individualised nursing care adapted to each department
- Assess the clinical condition of patients and monitor their progress
- Administer prescribed treatments and ensure their traceability
- Participate in managing emergency situations
- Integrate quickly into different teams and organisations
- Adapt to the specificities of the departments (protocols, pathologies, equipment)
- Be operational across several sectors (medicine, surgery, IMC, etc.)
- Work closely with medical and paramedical teams
- Transmit relevant information to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Holder of a nursing diploma
- Versatility for all types of specialties
- Organisation and autonomy in task execution
- Responsiveness, dynamism and rigour
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork and stress management
- Flexibility, ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in ophthalmology would be an asset
- Valid work permit in Switzerland
- Fluent spoken and written French
