Sales Advisor (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Assigning and processing assigned leads and incoming inbound calls
- Proactively making outbound calls
- Independently conducting new customer acquisition and up- and cross-selling calls with existing customers
- Ensuring positive customer experiences across all channels
- Independently creating and following up on quotations
- Maintaining, updating, and processing customer data in the CRM system
What sets you apart:
- You have completed vocational training in sales / retail / dialogue marketing or a comparable qualification with a consulting component.
- You bring professional experience in a role such as telemarketing / telesales / customer service or similar.
- You have VBV training.
- You are characterised by your consulting skills and your enthusiasm for selling.
- You are sociable, communicative, and possess high social competence.
- You have a good understanding of systems and quickly familiarise yourself with new tools.
- You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written. Very good French skills are a great advantage.
