Inpatient Health Manager (all)
How you contribute to health
- Processing care requests in case of hospitalisation (LAMal/LCA)
- Checking, entering, recording and paying invoices (LAMal/LCA) in the inpatient sector
- Telephone contacts and preparing correspondence with insured persons, healthcare providers and other insurers
- Personalised follow-up of hospitalisation cases with our insured persons
What sets you apart from others
- Comprehensive training in the medical, paramedical or pharmaceutical field; a certificate in health/social insurance is an advantage
- Professional experience within a health insurance company is considered an asset
- Excellent command of oral and written communication in French, English or German is an advantage
- High degree of autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication
