As part of our Risk Consulting team, you will advise companies from various industries on maintaining trust and seizing opportunities in an ever-changing world. We support our clients in the areas of „Enterprise Resilience“, „Digital Risk Management“, „ESG Risk Management“, „Internal Audit“, „Internal Control Systems“, and „Operational Risk Management“.
Become part of our motivated team and accompany exciting projects in the mentioned areas – both in Switzerland and internationally. You will work in a diverse, inclusive, and committed team of over 20 professionals with locations in Zurich, Basel, Geneva, and Lausanne. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you on board!
Your main tasks
- Enterprise Resilience: Support our clients in assessing their resilience in strategy, finance, value chain, IT, talent, and physical assets. Help design and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to create sustainable value through risk-aware decisions.
- Digital Risk Management: Support our team in managing our clients’ technology risks – from Trusted AI and ethical technology use to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology implementations and major technology transformations.
- ESG Risk Management: Assist our team in evaluating clients’ ESG risk management programs according to regulatory requirements and integrating centrally governed ESG risk management governance.
- Internal Audit: Support clients in building or transforming internal audits and conducting audits in various operational areas. Review processes and controls, identify compliance gaps, and report improvement opportunities to management. Benefit from exciting international assignments.
- Internal Control Systems: Assist clients in designing and implementing internal control systems (ICS) to better manage financial risks. Conduct control tests according to international standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley or J-SOX.
- Operational Risk Management: Support clients in managing operational risks in the areas of ESG, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Supply Chain Risk Management, and Program Risk Management (PRM).
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in corporate functions, risk management, consulting, or similar areas
- Analytical skills and enjoyment in working with large data sets
- Quick comprehension and a growth-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal skills to succeed in an international and collaborative team environment
- You are intellectually curious and interested in new technologies and digitalization
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within Europe and worldwide
- Excellent communication skills in English and German are mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus
