About the job

• Development, manufacture and assembly of equipment, workstations and fixtures
• Implementation of improvement projects to increase productivity, ergonomics and quality
• Design and production of aids for production and assembly processes
• Analysis of existing processes and development of efficient and economical solutions
• Co-design and further development of technical standards and best practices
• Support for prototype and fixture construction as well as general mechanical work

• Technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ, KVP mechanic or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in assembly technology
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Customer- and service-oriented working style
