Maintenance Technician 2x8 (M/F)

Within a regulated industrial production site, you are responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the availability and reliability of equipment. You also participate in technical projects and continuous improvement actions aimed at optimising the performance of the installations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive maintenance of production equipment and technical infrastructures.
• Diagnose malfunctions and carry out corrective interventions as quickly as possible.
• Participate in analyses of recurring breakdowns and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to the reliability and optimisation of industrial installations.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Coordinate and monitor interventions by external contractors.
• Ensure traceability and quality of technical documentation.
• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams on various site projects.

Candidate Profile

• Technical training (CFC, BTS or equivalent) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in maintenance within a demanding industrial environment.
• Excellent diagnostic and electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, and automation.
• Experience with automated production equipment and industrial utilities.
• Proficiency with maintenance management tools (CMMS) and industrial IT environments.
• Autonomous, rigorous personality with a problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to work in a team while being proactive.
