Your Tasks
- Ensuring pedagogical and nursing care oriented towards best practice and ethical-moral aspects
- Designing a resource-promoting milieu-therapeutic treatment setting with a strong focus on the living environment of children and adolescents
- Implementation of the nursing process predominantly in the night shift (training is during the day shift)
- Support in crisis situations as well as daily life organisation
- Participation in change processes, especially in nursing-therapeutic offerings
Your Profile
- You place our children and adolescents at the centre of your work
- Completed professional training as a nurse (recognition certificate for foreign qualifications)
- You have experience in child and adolescent psychiatry or are willing to acquire the necessary skills
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and possess high resilience
