Your Tasks
You lead a small team carefully and goal-oriented with clear and level-appropriate communication as well as social competence. You handle projects in residential, commercial, and industrial construction with high punctuality and a pronounced cost/benefit awareness. With your knowledge of other building services trades, you find optimal technical solutions. You participate in construction and coordination meetings, procure the necessary materials, and monitor additional and reduced costs. In collaboration with your project manager, you prepare interim and final invoices.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a heating installer EFZ
- Ideally, you have further training as a site supervising fitter or are willing to undertake it
- You have a strong service and customer awareness, are an organizational talent, and have a friendly and well-groomed appearance
- You work independently and are a responsible and flexible personality.
- Very good written and spoken German skills.
- Driver's license category B
