About the job
We are looking for a reliable person for our warehouse who is familiar with the event industry, enjoys pitching in, and at the same time keeps an overview.Are you a certified event specialist EFZ or have you worked for several years in the event industry? Do you know event technology, can organise, set priorities, and like to take responsibility? Then we would like to get to know you.
Your tasks
• Prepare and check materials for events and rentals
• Load and unload vehicles
• Check, clean, and properly store returned materials
• Ensure order and overview in the warehouse
• Keep track of upcoming projects and material returns
• Recognise what is still missing, where bottlenecks arise, and what needs to be done first
• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and take the lead if necessary
• Perform minor functional checks on materials
What you bring
• Training as an event specialist EFZ or several years of professional experience in the event industry
• Good knowledge of event technology and related materials
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview even with multiple projects
• Willingness to take responsibility, make decisions, and coordinate the warehouse team in daily tasks
• Enjoyment of hands-on and physical work
• Driving licence category B and BE
• Willingness to work irregular hours when required by event operations
