Health Specialist EFZ
(workload by arrangement)
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Ensuring needs- and situation-appropriate, holistic care and support of residents according to existing care plans within professional competencies and taking into account cultural and religious habits.
- Recognising emergency situations, applying first aid and acting according to company guidelines.
- Carrying out preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical prescriptions under the supervision of a registered nurse HF/FH in a professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of assigned medical-technical procedures according to company standards and under the supervision of a registered nurse HF/FH.
- Providing competent and empathetic support in nursing and organisational tasks related to deaths.
You are a good fit if you:
- have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
- have professional experience in long-term care in Switzerland and ideally already have professional experience in vocational training
