Our partner is a company active in the food sector, operating in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment. It is currently looking for a 100% Finance Business Partner to manage controlling and support Management in its decisions. This role also plays a central part in the company’s financial and operational projects.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage the entire controlling function and support Management as a true financial partner in strategic and operational decisions
• You take charge of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes and transform financial data into concrete recommendations for Management
• You carry out financial and performance analyses to identify growth, profitability and margin improvement levers
• You actively participate in the company’s transformation by supporting the harmonisation of financial processes as well as the deployment of a new SAP environment
• You collaborate closely with the group’s various functions and contribute to matters related to accounting, governance, compliance and risk management
• You provide your financial expertise to investment and transformation projects and support teams in assessing their economic viability

You offer your new employer

• You hold a higher education degree in business management, finance, controlling or a similar field
• You have at least five years’ experience in controlling, as a Finance Business Partner or in a comparable financial role with strong business proximity
• You are proficient in French and German at a C1 level to communicate with various stakeholders, while good knowledge of English is an asset
• You have a good command of SAP and reporting tools and ideally have experience in a SAP implementation or transformation project
• You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy challenging decisions and know how to explain complex topics simply to diverse interlocutors
