What you can achieve
- Personnel and professional leadership of the Digital Diagnostic Processes (LIMS) team as well as responsibility for digitization projects in laboratory medicine, pathology, and medical genetics
- Further development and accreditation-compliant maintenance of the digital process and system landscape
- Ensuring stable operations and coordination during system outages in close collaboration with clinic management as well as internal and external partners
- Close, solution-oriented cooperation with internal and external partners, the central D&ICT, and software suppliers
- Promotion of knowledge transfer, mentoring, and development within the team
What you bring
- Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in (medical) informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the IT environment of healthcare, ideally in laboratory medicine, pathology, or medical genetics
- Experience in leading IT projects or teams; knowledge of agile or classical project management (e.g., SAFe, Lean) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High service and customer orientation, resilience, and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
- Strategic foresight and the ability to prioritize complex requirements purposefully
