To strengthen our Machining department, we are looking for a qualified and experienced person to fill the position of
5-Axis CNC Setter-Mechanic (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
Your skills
- Federal VET diploma as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or equivalent training
- Proven experience in setting up 5-axis CNC machining centres
- Experience in the watchmaking sector, ideally in watch casing or watch cases
- Good proficiency in reading plans and geometric tolerances
- Excellent knowledge of conventional control methods
- Mastery of cutting tools and machining parameters
- Strong sense of quality and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve technical problems
- Autonomy, rigour, and sense of responsibility
- Aptitude for teamwork in a demanding environment
- Proactive approach to continuous process improvement
