About the job
Your Tasks
Do you want to take responsibility, help shape things and keep people at the centre? Then you are exactly right at Domicil Egelmoos. In your role, you ensure, together with the team, a high-quality, professional and resident-oriented care and take on the daily responsibility in nursing and care routines. You actively contribute your nursing expertise to direct care, ensure high care quality and consistently implement nursing standards and concepts.
With your open, cooperative attitude, you support teamwork, accompany colleagues in daily nursing tasks and provide them with professional advice. In close collaboration with the nursing management and team leadership, you contribute to the further development of nursing practice in the Domicil Egelmoos residential area and bring your experience into improvement and optimisation processes. In addition, you work interdisciplinarily with internal and external specialist departments and contribute with your responsible, structured working method to a smooth and professional nursing operation.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK
- Elderly care worker, home nurse, etc.
- Interest and ideally experience in the care and support of people with dementia
- Organisational skills as well as a structured and reliable working style
- Team spirit, resilience and a strong sense of responsibility
- Empathetic, respectful and patient interaction with residents
