Founded in 1997, AxelCare SA is based in Bevaix (Neuchâtel) and operates throughout Switzerland. Recognised by health insurers, AxelCare contributes to patients remaining at home by providing quality care through its multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with various actors in the home healthcare sector. AxelCare offers its services in respiratory and artificial nutrition fields, to patients at home and in institutions.

We are looking to complete our Patient Service team:
An Oral Nutrition Patient Specialist
Permanent contract at 100%
Immediate start or to be agreed

YOUR MISSIONS
• Through a monthly call to our patients, organise orders and ensure follow-up of compliance with nutritional treatment, transmitting necessary information to nutritional referents, respecting deadlines and procedures
• Receive some incoming calls and handle requests
• Respond to requests received by e-mail
• Maintain good collaboration with various internal and external partners, as well as with patients

YOUR PROFILE
• Pharmacy assistant certificate (CFC)
• Good interpersonal skills with patients
• Proficiency in common computer tools
• Autonomy and team spirit
• Proactivity and commitment
• Knowledge of Swiss German is an asset
