Your scope for creativity

As Head of Kitchen and Production, you actively shape the future of our gastronomy.

You will have the freedom to

• continuously develop the production and work processes of the gastronomy.

• strategically expand the Cook-&-Chill concept and implement new ideas.

• help shape the digitalisation of kitchen processes, production planning and inventory management.

• further develop the culinary offerings for residents, restaurant guests and external customers.

• develop new gastronomic services together with the hospitality management.

• support employees professionally and personally, promote talents and actively support development.

• promote a culture of personal responsibility, collaboration and appreciation.

Requirements

You bring with you,

• Qualified chef with several years of leadership experience

• Experience in communal catering, hospitality or healthcare

• Sound knowledge of Cook & Chill

• High digital competence and enthusiasm for process optimisation

• Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational skills and appreciative leadership style
