Your area of responsibility
You are the first point of contact in our shop in Zürich-Giesshübel for our versatile and demanding customers from the construction trade. You advise in a friendly, competent and sales-oriented manner directly in the shop as well as on the phone. You independently and efficiently handle orders and cash sales as well as direct orders with our suppliers. You handle complaints confidently and solution-oriented. You are also responsible for a sales-promoting and tidy product presentation in the shop. You actively assist with sales promotion campaigns and support the sales branch manager in all matters. This exciting area of responsibility also includes cover and holiday replacements in our sales outlets in the Zürich area.
Your profile
For this varied and challenging role, we are looking for a positive, service-oriented personality. You have no difficulty integrating into the respective teams. You have training in the main or secondary construction trades or possess expertise in the field of building materials. Ideally, you already have experience from a similar position (sales / building materials trade). Direct customer contact and active selling in a pleasant atmosphere, with a large range of products, brings you joy. Good PC user skills as well as SAP knowledge are an advantage. As you work as a floater, you have your own vehicle.
