Field Sales Account Manager Western Switzerland
What makes your working day exciting?
- Responsibility for sales and target achievement in the assigned sales territory
- Identification and development of new customer potentials as well as expansion of existing customer relationships
- Management of a diverse customer portfolio, including from the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetics industries, quality control laboratories (QC), universities and research institutes
- Planning and conducting customer appointments, product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Management of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
- Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline through targeted acquisition and follow-up of leads
- Close collaboration with service engineers, product management and sales colleagues
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Maintenance and updating of all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Monitoring market and competitive developments and passing on relevant information internally
What do you bring?
- Experience in field sales, account management or business development, ideally in a technical or scientific environment
- Strong sales competence and proven success in achieving targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Independent, structured working style and effective territory management
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
- Fluent in French and German
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Experience in laboratory technology, instrumentation or related technical industries or education in chemistry, food technology, life sciences or comparable
