Production Employee - Service 100% Shift Work
Your tasks include:
- Providing, booking in, and booking out materials
- Internal delivery and collection service
- Chemical pre-treatments at the plants
- Maintenance and cleaning work
- You will work in shifts (05:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 23:00)
Your profile:
- Initial experience in production or motivated career changers
- Careful working style, team player and reliable
- You have good PC skills (MS Office)
- You speak and write fluent German
Benefits - what to expect
Flexible working hours
With a standard 42-hour working week, employees can flexibly accumulate +50 or -30 hours.
Holidays
Five to six weeks of holiday per year, depending on age.
Paid public holidays
Employees receive paid leave for all 14 public holidays recognised in the canton of Schwyz.
Home office
Employees in administrative positions can work from home up to two days per week.
Unpaid leave
Employees are entitled to two weeks of unpaid leave per year. Longer unpaid leave can be arranged upon request.

Standard benefit: 14 weeks at full pay
Extended benefit: 16 weeks full salary after five years of service
