As Laboratory Manager, you will report to the Head of Quality.

Your main mission will be to lead and organise all activities of the Watchmaking Laboratory in order to contribute to the quality, reliability and performance of the products.

In this context, you will be responsible for : 

• Managing the qualification activities of new products
• Ensuring the alignment between workload, capacities, testing resources and available skills while ensuring versatility of each individual
• Providing technical and analytical support to departments and other business sectors of the company, actively participating in internal meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collecting and analysing customer and internal product issues
• Proposing suitable solutions and contributing to the securing of future developments
• Participating in the definition and evolution of product criteria to meet the Group’s quality requirements, notably by taking part in the research and development of new measuring devices and specific tooling

• You hold a HES Engineer degree (engineering / microtechnology / watchmaking) or an equivalent qualification
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position within the watchmaking field.
• With a unifying spirit, you demonstrate leadership and appreciate cross-functional exchanges
• Dynamic, you are proactive, well organised and possess a strong analytical mind
