In this responsible role, you are in charge of security throughout the entire house during the night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and serve as the contact person for our national and international guests
- Responsibility for general order throughout the hotel complex including operation of the fire alarm system
- Conducting floor rounds & distributing daily newspapers
- Check-in and check-out of guests at night
- Receiving and checking restaurant billing
- Performing daily closings with the hotel software Protel
- Conscientious cash management and correct revenue recording
- Invoice entry with the software Abacus
- Cleaning of public areas (restaurants, corridors and staircases, reception and kitchen area, setting up the breakfast buffet)
- You pitch in wherever needed and are ready to occasionally do something different than usual

- First professional experience in a comparable role
- High level of responsibility, organizational talent, and loyalty
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Ideally knowledge of Protel
- A friendly, likeable, and confident demeanor as well as an engaged, independent, and conscientious working style
