What is my role?

• Supervision and monitoring of building technical systems (HVACSE)

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work

• Coordination and control of service and maintenance work (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)

• Collaboration with external service providers and coordination of various contractors

• Execution of administrative tasks within the scope of your activity

• On-call duties

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed technical training in the HVACS sector or a basic craft training with further education in building management

• Several years of proven professional experience in building technology

• Independent, structured working method and sense of responsibility

• Strong service mentality as well as organisational talent

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills (digital working environment)

• Valid driving licence category B and residence in the Baden region (Aargau)
