Nursing Assistant (M/F) in Care Homes (M/F/D)

To strengthen our pool, we are looking for a nursing assistant

- You will join our proactive team and be assigned to various establishments
- You provide basic care (washing, meal assistance, nursing tasks)
- Under the responsibility of a nurse, you support patients in daily living activities, taking into account the care plan and their level of autonomy.

- You hold a nursing assistant diploma or CRS Auxiliary qualification.
- You have a minimum of 6 months experience in Switzerland MANDATORY
- You have a sense of responsibility; your versatility and flexibility will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty
- One of your main qualities is to put your skills at the service of beneficiaries, families and relatives
- Good stress management and demonstration of empathy
- Flexible with working hours
- Knowledge of various care home software is an advantage.
- Training in care delegation is an advantage.
