Key Account Manager in Retail
Do you want to take responsibility, independently drive topics forward, and enthusiastically support and develop our customers in the retail sector? Then you are exactly right with us! As a Key Account Manager in Retail, you proactively tackle challenges and develop solutions that sustainably advance our trading partners.
Your future main tasks:
- Strategic and personal support of assigned customers with a focus on increasing sales, profitability, and market share
- Developing individual customer strategies that consider both our corporate goals and the long-term orientation of the key accounts
- Conducting all customer discussions and negotiations as well as accompanying the implementation of jointly defined customer plans
- Maintaining and expanding strong, trusting customer relationships that ensure sustainably successful cooperation
- Analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to further develop and optimize own key accounts
Your ideal qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training and further education with a focus on sales/marketing or a degree in business administration (or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in account management, key account management, or category management in the FMCG environment
- Fluent in German, good French skills are an advantage
- Team player with negotiation skills as well as analytical-conceptual strength
