What is my role?

• You are the right hand of the workshop manager and actively assist in organising and managing the workshop operations

• You plan independently and allocate your team cleverly so that all service and repair work, maintenance and servicing are completed on time

• You make precise diagnoses and solve even the trickiest technical problems

• You lead your team with motivation and ensure the workshop runs smoothly

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an automotive specialist or automotive mechatronics technician

• Additional training as a diagnostician is an advantage or willingness to complete this training

• Good German skills for communication with the team and customers

• Driving licence category B
