Are you looking for a varied role in production or logistics in the Basel area and ready to give your all in shift work? We are seeking reliable operations staff for flexible weekly assignments with leading industrial, pharmaceutical, and logistics companies in the region.

Your tasks with our clients:

• Production & Assembly: Operating, loading, and monitoring production and processing equipment.

• Packaging & Sorting: Properly packaging, labelling, and palletising finished products.

• Quality Control: Visual inspection of products for damage, defects, and completeness.

• Warehouse & Material Flow: Preparing raw materials for manufacturing and internal transport.

• Cleanliness & Safety: Adhering to strict hygiene, quality, and safety regulations at the workplace.

• Shift readiness: Absolute willingness to work in a 3-shift model (early, late, night) as well as flexible weekly assignments.

• Experience: Initial professional experience as operations staff, production worker, or warehouse assistant is an advantage.

• Physical fitness: Resilience, stamina, and enjoyment of hands-on work.

• Understanding: Good German skills at B2 level (spoken and written) to comprehend safety and work instructions.

• Mobility: Driving licence category B and own car are advantageous (very important for early and night shifts when public transport is limited).
