What you can achieve

• You take on the personnel and professional leadership of nearly 20 employees in the filling department for yoghurt and Caffè Latte
• Together with the other team leaders, you are responsible for coordinating 6 filling machines in production.
• You take responsibility for the further development of your employees through development and target discussions.
• You actively work on the continuous improvement of our processes and further develop the defined standards.
• You are responsible for organising and conducting the daily shopfloor and act as a hub in communication between production, engineering, and production planning.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as a dairy technologist (ideally also completed technical school level 1 or 2) or in a food-related environment (cook, baker, etc.).
• You bring several years of leadership experience of medium-sized teams in a manufacturing environment (ideally food industry).
• You are proficient in using SAP, common M365 tools, and MES.
• Your open, engaging, and communicative personality makes it easier for you to settle in with us.
• You are willing to take on on-call duty (every 6 weeks from Friday to Friday).
• You have business fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
