Operations Mechanic 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Your main responsibility is to ensure smooth and trouble-free production operations and to quickly analyse and resolve machine malfunctions. You ensure the availability and operational readiness of systems for industrial sheet metal processing and powder coating. You carry out mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repair work on machines, equipment, and production systems and assist with the installation, commissioning, and optimisation of new systems and machines. In close collaboration with the design department, you create sketches and produce gauges and aids. Additionally, you develop and implement technical solutions to stabilise, optimise, and continuously improve production processes.

What do I need to be successful?

A completed technical basic training as an automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable field is required. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in operational maintenance or servicing in an industrial production environment. You possess solid mechanical knowledge as well as a good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics. Experience in conventional turning and milling is expected; knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage. You are a practically minded, solution-oriented individual with high initiative and a strong quality awareness. Your working style is independent, reliable, and structured. You also show willingness for occasional on-call duties and flexible work assignments.
