Our Rocken partner is a consulting company active throughout Switzerland with a versatile service portfolio. The company supports clients from various industries with solutions in fiduciary services, auditing, business consulting, tax and legal advice, as well as comprehensive IT solutions. For the internal finance department, a committed individual is sought who will take responsibility in accounting and actively contribute to the further development of (digital) processes.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a fiduciary and consulting company with several locations in Switzerland, we are looking to expand the team in the Basel region with a specialist in fiduciary services. The company provides SMEs and other clients with comprehensive advice on all aspects of financial management. You will manage financial and payroll accounting, prepare financial statements and tax returns, and gradually take on your own mandates.
Responsibilities:
You manage financial and payroll accounting
You prepare interim and annual financial statements
You prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities
You support the mandate managers in specialised consulting
You gradually take on your own mandates
You participate in projects within the fiduciary department
Qualifications:
You hold a fiduciary specialist certificate or a qualification in finance and accounting or are currently undergoing this training
You have professional experience in fiduciary services or finance and accounting
IT affinity, initial practical experience in digitalised accounting, and knowledge of Abacus software are advantageous
You are characterised by strong service and customer orientation as well as a high quality standard
You are open, flexible, resilient, positive-minded, and team-oriented
