About the job
We are looking for:
A care assistant fixed-term contract of 6 months
hourly contract, at 50%
Your duties:
- Support patients in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Work under the delegation of the nursing team
- Participate in welcoming, assessing and maintaining patients' autonomy
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily with various stakeholders
- Contribute to improving the quality of care by respecting safety, efficiency, comfort and economy criteria
Your profile:
- Recognised nursing assistant training
- Experience in a hospital setting essential
- Available immediately
- Fluent in French
- Stress resistant and flexible
- Interest in teamwork and good communication skills
- Comfortable with IT tools
