Auditor KESB 60-100%
In the auditing department of KESB Hochdorf, we are looking for a:
Tasks
- Receipt and comprehensive review and analysis of accountability reports (accounting) in the area of child and adult protection for all professional and private guardians
- Independent clarifications and requests for additional documents from guardians and partners (social insurance, tax offices, banks, etc.)
- Verification of reported assets
- Compliance with and implementation of laws, regulations, and the ordinance on asset management
- Independent case processing and professional assessment of asset transactions requiring approval
- Conducting personal counseling sessions with private guardians
- Advising and supporting guardians in bookkeeping and preparing inventories of assets
- Preparation of audit reports
- Preparation of decisions for the authority regarding the acceptance of accountability reports and inventories
Requirements
- Commercial training EFZ or equivalent education with professional experience
- Knowledge in social insurance, accounting, or fiduciary/banking sectors
- Knowledge of child and adult protection law is an advantage
- Numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills (confident German, fluency in spoken and written language) and confident demeanor
- Independent, precise, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Empathy towards people in difficult life situations
- Mental resilience to withstand pressure situations
