Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are responsible for packaging baked goods or favourite products

• You lead, plan and develop around 25 employees per shift

• You support the machine operators professionally and technically

• You ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and occupational safety regulations

• You are responsible for cross-team communication, administrative tasks and process optimisation

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the food industry

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a comparable position

• Training or at least many years of experience in the food industry or with packaging machines

• Technical flair: Very good practical and theoretical understanding of production processes and production equipment

• Independent, resilient and reliable personality

• Very good PC skills, preferably MS Office and SAP

• Good German language skills

• Willingness to work Monday - Friday from 04:00 to 13:00 and 12:00 to 20:00
