To complete our Development department based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:
Development Project Coordinator
(12-month Fixed-term Contract)
Reporting to the Haute Horlogerie & Core Watch Product Development Manager, your main mission is to lead the development of watch components in close collaboration with the R&D, Customer Service, Operations teams, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
- Lead the development of alternative components complying with current regulations, notably the elimination of concerning substances (PFAS, lead-free brass, RoHS).
After-Sales Service Projects
- Manage component replacement projects and update associated technical definitions.
Master Data
- Create and maintain articles and bill of materials for Development and technical offices.
Technical Data
- Manage technical data and ensure its reliability within systems.
Design Standards
- Define standards in collaboration with the case technical offices.
Operational Support
- Support the technical office during peak activity periods.
Profile
With a technical background, you have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the industry.
You are proficient in a PLM software (Product Lifecycle Management: Windchill is a plus). You are also familiar with CAD design software (Creo is a plus). Knowledge of the watchmaking field is an advantage.
Native French speaker, proficiency in technical English is a plus.
