What you achieve

• Consulting & Support with Foresight: You competently and committedly support private and corporate clients in all insurance matters and develop tailored solutions for individual needs. Thanks to our broad product range, you advise your customers holistically - from property insurance to pension and banking products to mortgages. As an experienced customer advisor, you are there when it matters.
• Long-term Care of Your Customer Base: From the outset, you take over an established and extensive customer base. Your focus is on professional, long-term care as well as the sustainable development of existing customer relationships. The acquisition of new customers is targeted and complementary, especially through recommendations and existing customer relationships.
• Marketing & Sales Support: With fresh ideas, you support selected marketing activities of the main agency and participate in fairs and regional events in and around Einsiedeln to maintain and further strengthen the existing network.
• Always Up to Date: Through targeted and needs-oriented training, you stay professionally up to date and ensure a high level of advisory competence.

What you bring

• Experience & Expertise: You have several years of professional experience as a customer advisor in the insurance industry and bring sound expertise in supporting private and corporate clients.
• Communication Talent: Inspiring and winning people over is in your blood. You shine through communication and negotiation skills. You can argue convincingly as a customer advisor and have confident German language skills.
• Service is Your Strength: Field service is your passion, and your high customer orientation and willingness to provide service distinguish you.
